Ko Ngai All inclusive Holidays

The stay was disappointing. There was a leak in the room during our stay, which already created an uncomfortable situation. On top of that, staff entered the flat using their own keys while we were in the property, without proper notice or coordination. The property itself looks abandoned rather than professionally managed accommodation. During the night, there were loud noises coming from the roof area, despite there being nobody staying above the flat, which made it difficult to rest. Even the supposedly white towels looked dirty, with a greyish and worn appearance. Overall, the experience was below normal standards.

The place was a lovely little place perfect for relaxing. The shuttle to ao nang was a gem. Staff weee lovely !! The beach was not swimmable as it was rocky and not the cleanest of looking water so if you want to swim in the sea this is not the place. Other than that it was perfect 👌

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was also great and convenient. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
