Prime location, super nice and helpful staff. Loved the style of the hotel and rooms, beds are comfortable! Would stay here again.

The bellmen are wonderful. There is a terrible man at the reservation desk. He was very condescending as we requested a 2pm check out during the Winter Storm. We were told the night before there shouldn’t be a problem and when we asked in person the man talked to us like scum and said it would be 150$. We packed up during the storm and left in a taxi as soon as possible for a different hotel. On a high note, housekeeping was amazing and incredibly kind.

The room was nice and spacious, but I heard every single movement that was outside my door. Very hard to sleep at night just be able to hear everybody in the hallway.
