Upon arrival at check in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready. It was disappointing how that even happened when we booked weeks ahead. However, the staff were very kind to find us a new room 10-15 minutes after waiting in the lobby. I appreciate their effort in trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. We would stay here again!

The NoblDen Hotel was amazing! I would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC. It was close to Little Italy, ChinaTown, SOHO, and a great spot from which to navigate Manhattan. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, and it was awesome to have a balcony and the rooftop to see the city.
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Highly recommend!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The room was lovely, staff was accommodating and helpful, housekeeping did a great job each day, and included in the price of the room was an outstanding daily breakfast buffet as well as a light dinner service. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located just blocks from the theater district and MoMA. We will be staying here each time we come to NYC. Highly recommend!!

Everything was fine....however, I would not consider this a 5 Star property. We got a great deal on a rate on July 3,4 and that made it fine. If I were paying their normal rates, I'd be unhappy.

I am a long time Marriott loyal customer. This stay has turned everything upside down. Not only is the hotel run down and needs serious refurbishment, that I can deal with. What is unacceptable is staff stealing things from the room. Brand new pair of women heals was taken from the room. We gave it a benefit of doubt until we came back home just in case we forgotten them. No, unfortunately they were stolen. As a huge Marriott loyalty customer I say avoid this property.
