Room was spotless & well kept. The restaurant staff & housekeeping/groundskeeping staff were lovely people and so kind to us. We loved being so close to town, being able to use the bikes and paddle boards at the hotel, loved the little vibe of the property itself -- and that the iguanas, lizards and sea lions were usually hanging around on the dock made for endless entertainment.
We had the best stay on Santa Cruz. Thanks for everything, we hope to be back soon.

9/10 Wonderful! (37 reviews)
2 very small room suite without any Galapagos flair. Nobody helped with luggage to and from the room. No internet for the entire stay. Personell was kind of friendly but very cool and reserved. Asked for help to find a place and was told to use Google Maps. Breakfast not fresh prepared but dry and old. Next time will stay at Golden Bay Hotel.
