Crete Senesi All inclusive Holidays

I initially felt concerned about the hotel's location, but quickly realized it's in an old, historical part of town, where narrow alleys are the norm. We never felt unsafe, nor did we experience noise during our stay. This is a no-frills hotel, and an excellent deal for this being Florence. The breakfast was good. It is within walking distance to eateries, shopping, and museums. It met the needs of our family, including our son who gets around in a wheelchair. We will definitely continue to stay here when we return to Florence.

Hands down the best place we have stayed. They accommodated to go breakfasts for our tours, arranged taxis, made cappuccino when we were heading out the door. Wonderful experience

Great little hotel. Everything is within walking distance. The view from the terrace was amazing.

We stayed at Palazzo Lorenzo for 3 nights in July. I can’t fault this hotel. It’s quaint and very quiet mainly due to its location being on the outskirts of the city (15 mins walk) The T2 tram is nearby which brings you direct to the airport. Hotel staff were at hand if needed and breakfast had an extensive buffet choice no matter what your dietary requirements were. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our Family of fove absolutely loves the property. The staf were genuinely the kindest and most helpful and the hotel was beautiful - we loved our adjoining suite / room for the kids - just perfect! And could not be a better location.

This truly is a boutique hotel - the staff, the attention to detail, the design made for such a wonderful curated experience and memorable stay. We were made to feel so welcome, Manuela the manager is extraordinary! We didn't want to leave and will most certainly be back.
