Das Luxury-Room Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank,Klima und kleinen aber sauberen Badezimmer.
Die Reinigung des Zimmers war sehr gut. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für Interkontinental echt gut aufgestellt.
Trotz großem Betrieb im Pub war es im Zimmer schön ruhig.Man kann zu Fuß oder per U-Bahn viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. In der Nähe sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Essmöglichkeiten.

This is a very attractive small hotel in the busy area of Kensington. We had many buses to chose from that run past Harrod's or to museums or other things we wanted to visit. This is a big plus to us as we use buses to not only save a fortune, but to see cities as we get around.
The concierge was very helpful, and helped us figure out that in the end it was going to be worth it to take a cab to the airport, for example, and called those cabs for us.
Downstairs there is a really nice small restaurant with very good Italian food and good service. Breakfast was also served there and had a good selection and good service.
The feel of the hotel is slightly old style, comfortable furniture and lovely decoration. I especially like the older style, as many notels in Europe have moved to a kind of black and grey and chrome look. This hotel made us feel as if we were in traditional historic London, and had the look and feel of a charming place to stay with tradition but of course modern amenities.
Can't recommend it enough.
