Property was clean and nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to bus and metro. Restaurant and bar inside and also few steps away from another cafe and continent store.

The hotel facilities are first class, true to their rating of a 5-star luxury hotel in central london. All places of interests like Oxford Street, Soho, Chinatown, Covent Garden, is within walking distance. The location is super busy but at the same is very quiet. Their staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming and they always try their best to make sure you have what you need or you know where you're heading. Truly impressive and impeccable services - rates are expensive but the services you get here is worth every penny.

Liked the hotel. Reception staff lovely and friendly, hotel very handy to town centre etc. however cleanliness not wonderful, we went out for the day and came back. Toilet area def not cleaned. Biscuit packet still in the floor got the morning. Not great

Hotel was central. A boiler type noise woke us up at 6.30. It was a constant. Breakfast was adequate- service was good, sausages weren’t good

We loved the food; the stuff; the rooms and the swimming pool. A great place to relax, reflect and enjoy some luxury. I have been here twice and will come again.
