Room needed to be cleaned better and restocked prior to the room being reissued to another party. Our room was dirty, kcups for the coffee machine were not there. Bathroom was dirty and the shower curtain smelled like old towels when wet. Housekeeper didn't sweep the bathroom upon entry to clean mid week, so our bathroom floor stayed sandy & restocking kcups or dusting did not happen when the room was cleaned. Valet staff were incredibly kind and efficient. Views from balcony oceanfront room were fabulous.

I've stayed at the Outrigger several times. The staff is very friendly. At the guest services (front desk), Ligaya helps with accommodations and is very attentive. The waitresses at Duke's are very friendly. Especially Holly, who works in the pool area. I would like to thank the waitresses from Hula Grill: Lynn, Enah, and Brooke for their attentive service. Thanks also to the guys from the swimming pool: Oly, Piter and Benjamin. They were always cheerful and friendly. The house keeper was cleaned well and towels were changed daily. The hotel management was excellent. We felt like we were at home.

This property was a fantastic stay for our first time in Oahu. The staff was terrific, especially the check-in guy and the valet staff. They were truly amazing. I truly wish I could remember their names because they deserve a huge shout-out. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Great place to stay right across the street from the beach hotel was clean and friendly staff. Free coffee in the morning and right next to lulu restaurant which is a great place to eat
