These other reviews here must be fake. Calling this property a 5 star hotel is just unrealistic. Notice how they all sound like advertisements for the hotel and were posted within a few days of each other? I’m not saying it was terrible but at best it’s a 2.5-3 start hotel. The woman at the front check in counter did speak well enough for us to check in and arrange my airport shuttle the next day with no problem. The restaurant staff did not speak any English and the menu was in Chinese. I managed to translate the menu with Google Translate and also use it to communicate my order to the waitress. I thought the food at dinner was good, I skipped the breakfast so I couldn’t comment on it. The property has been renovated a bit but it still has some dinginess to it. Mold and rust in the shower. Be clear it also not that close to the airport, definitely not an 8 min walk as they advertised. The shuttle took about 15 min and so did my taxi to the hotel from the airport. On maps it said walking would take nearly 1.5 hours, it is right across the street from the subway but I didn’t feel like messing around with taking the subway.

Absolutely loved the private balcony in my room! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was spotless with modern, well-maintained facilities. Such a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel room floor was very dirty - I spilt some water on the floor and dried it with a tissue which was completely black. Pillow cases smelled of someone’s oily hair - house keeping likely didn’t change them so I had to request for clean pillow cases and change them myself. The bathroom smelled of puke. Would not stay here again.

This hotel went above and beyond our expectations and was completely worth it. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and kitchen area. The bed was also very comfortable, especially compared to most hotel beds. The bathroom was beautiful and practical, with a separate shower and bathtub, which made the stay feel even more luxurious. The hotel amenities were outstanding, including a golf simulator, a rooftop infinity pool, a rooftop restaurant, and a wonderful breakfast. Overall, the food was great, the service and facilities were excellent, and we had a truly enjoyable stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
