This hotel was AMAZING. I was a solo traveler and felt safe. Everything I did for the 6 days I was there was walkable.
SHOUT OUT to my favorite desk ladies Katalina and Felicia (👋) they answered all my questions and gave great recommendations. They also kept an eye on me to make sure I arrived back safely after every adventure

Excellent hotel from start to finish! The door access was a little tricky, but easily overlooked with all of the other GREAT offerings, including breakfast! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else traveling to Reykjavik for convenience and comfort.

It didnt seem like a 4 star hotel. Pictures show sleepmasks, but i didnt get one. The bathroom and room seemed quite small.

First time I stayed at a no-reception hotel. I liked that my room was close to the elevator and right next to the common fridge/cooler.
The blonde younger girl at the restaurant who was by herself during breakfast rudely yelled at me “NO!” when I approached the breakfast area thinking it wasn’t 7 AM yet (it was 7:02 on my watch). When she realized she was wrong she laughed to herself but didn’t apologize. Appreciate the no-fee hotel parking.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lobby area and breakfast is very good. Location excellent.
I selected a single room as I was traveling solo and the room was very small and dark on the lowest level of the hotel. I would not have selected this room had I known this situation. Next time I would select a double room. Just an FYI. I was so busy seeing the sites I didn’t spend much time there so it was not a problem. Overall I would recommend this hotel
