Staff was very friendly and helpful. Expedia did not update that the hotel no longer offer free airport shuttle but they communicated nicely with me and made some accommodations. Would definitely recommend as the stay was very comfortable.

This is mostly likely the most perfect hotel for the entire Hong Kong city, be it the views, the facilities, the convenience in location, before we even touch on the staff service level and politeness and willingness to look after you, as well as the cleanliness and hygiene.
