Excellent location- close to a lot of shopping and restaurants! Courteous and friendly staff. We stayed in a room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, and it worked for 4 ppl. The laundry/dryer in the room is a huge bonus. Also, we liked the toilet separated from the shower room, made it convenient for us. Overall highly recommend!

This was our second time staying here within a month. We had such a great time the first time we came back. The staff has been amazing for both stays. The room was clean, and has nice furnishings. The restaurant/bar at the hotel has also always gone above and beyond. The outdoor seating has heaters and blankets (for winter months). It's a cozy place to have a drink, dinner or deserts. There is so much to do around the hotel (even if your not interested in Anime). Would stay again.

Lovely and best Japanese garden! All restaurants onsite take advantage of garden views/waterfalls. Spa/swimming pool very nice.

Staff was wonderful and courteous and polite. Strongly recommended to stay in this hotel. A truly a 5 stars hotel in Tokyo!
