Kuroshima Beach Holidays

The whole resort is absolutely stunning - the food, the staff, the views, the beach, the activities - all perfect. Such an idyllic location - also so much fun having your own golf cart for the entire stay. We cannot thank the resort enough for such an incredible time here.

The room is only cleaned once every 3 days otherwise you’re left having to pick up your own rubbish and change your own towels. Although I understand and appreciate this is a serviced apartment complex I found several contradictions: they are apartments however I invited a guest in the afternoon to have tea in the room and was told me and my partner couldn’t invite anyone in the room; there is a reception but other than checking in/out guests nothing can actually be asked to assist with (booking restaurants etc). Me and my partner came to Ishigaki where my partner proposed to me but nothing could be done to assist him in the arranging/booking of local venues. He asked on the day to write something on the bed for our return and the room hadn’t even been done, let alone anything written/decorated in the room. Upon arrival the shower door was dirty and water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. Breakfast was not included in our rate, however not worth the ¥3,500 pp as there was not much option (any coffee which is not Americano are not included). Big shoutout to the lady at the restaurant who served us on our engagement night as she made sure we were taken care of. Our friends stayed at the nearby Intercontinental and ended up paying less for more services.

とても綺麗で家族皆満足でした サウナも快適であいにくの天気でしたが皆楽しむことができました 難点は　サウナへのアクセスは出入り口の段差が大きく不便　足場があればサンダルも置けてベターに感じます また　調理器具は一見綺麗ですがフッ素加工などがなくなっていてすぐに焦げ付きました　電波が悪いからかヘルプセンターの声は聞き取ることが困難でした　ガウンなどは無いので寝る時はパジャマなどが必要です ただ　とても綺麗で雰囲気がいいヴィラです 日本の国内でこのクオリティはあまり見かけないのでまた機会があれば泊まりたいです
