Property is extremely dated in room and lobby.
However, it is a very convenient location for touring around the city. Especially taxi fare is inexpensive. Meter starts at RMB$10.

The staff and service were great during our stay. Our room was quite comfortable with a lovely view of the Xinghai bay bridge. There are some nice restaurants in the area, but due to the sheer size of Xinghai square you have to walk a bit to get anywhere. We wish we could have stayed for longer.

The bathroom is too small, and the shower would get the floor all wet. The rooms are a little bit too small and there was a weird smell. The furnitures can be seen as old. However, the breakfast was pretty okay and the view from the dining area was beautiful.
