The Hotel and staff were very nice. The only negative was the elevator wait times.

The hotel is very clean and smoke free. Would have liked in room coffee and a microwave though.

The place itself was good. Location was perfect for our visit. The issue- the overwhelming amount of fees that were charged!! Destination fee? Resort fee? $60 parking fee?? Had we known we may have chosen some where else

I was there for a quick work trip. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast. The pool area was clean. The water was a little bit chilly, but it was February after all. I enjoyed the little bit of sunshine. I could get in my escape from the New England winter. The bar area downstairs was nice. All of the staff were helpful. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are not used to city noises, maybe bring a pair of earplugs if you are also a light sleeper. I was on the 9th floor, but could still hear some cars from the streets. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It is also a walkable area. I felt safe walking around.

The rooms were clean and were very comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They were outstanding. Everyone I met was friendly and very helpful. I also ate at the restaurant at the top of the hotel, West. The bartender, Jay was wonderful. We talked while I ate at the bar. Definitely say hi and eat some great food.

The big pool was closed in February, was told there were not enough guests booked to keep it open. Scratches on foors and other signs of poor maintenence.

Everything was just perfect, honoring the great reputation of the Locarno! The room was cozy and spotless, and the cleaning service accommodated to our schedule seamlessly. At the cafe, Giovanna and the rest of the team made us feel welcome and very comfortable. We can hardly wait to be back to Roma and the spectacular Hotel Locarno! Five starts!! Courteous attentive staff, very efficient... Extremely clean room convenient to most of the landmarks in Rome ,,,,would definitely stay here again!
