Not much choice for gluten free on breakfast, no pastries or porridge which ate easy options to offer gluten free customers
No decaf teabag in room and reception couldnt find any last night although staff were very polite and helpful

The Bulgari is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. The prompt and personable service throughout the stay stood out. The room was beautiful. No real view to speak of but that's London I guess. There were little trinkets (shoe horn, shaving supplies, multi pillows, pillow freshener mist, great housekeeping, etc.). So extremely clean, great staff, excellent services. Loved the seating area in the lobby but the bar is meh..... Way overpriced in my opinion so I'll have to think twice about staying there again.

Weird bathroom that was actually a wetroom which flooded totally when shower used.
Also they insist on taking £50 deposit at check in which you only get back 5 days plus after your stay.

Wouldn’t stay again. Very noisy. Room was all satisfactory however didn’t feel comfortable or safe being a single women. The rooms around also banged doors all night.

The location was excellent for our visit to London, the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious for London, clean, comfortable and had good amenities including a coffee machine, toiletries, gowns and slippers. The bed was comfortable, for us a little too soft, however we slept well with quality bedding and the surrounding area was quiet. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and tasteful food. Staff were professional and welcoming.
