Super beautiful facilities and friendly staff

The staff are great. The property needs a bit of work to fix cracks and paint work. Rooms are not consistent. We had 2 rooms one had a minibar stocked and rhe other didnt. One room was set up very different to other room and had less space. Dinning options are good with great food.

This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again.

Original room refused as it was gloomy and apparently not of the previous rooms standards I have used, having stayed here before. I was given a room that had many small problems, so requested a paid update which was good. I personally spoke with Butch the duty manager who thankfully gave me an explanation. This hotel will be going through an update from March where all the small problems I identified should be resolved. This hotel now has many newer local hotels against it for accommodation. Hopefully the upgrades will be sufficient to provide competition. The location is great not being too far from the Ayala Mall. The breakfast is very good but try not to go too far to please an ever larger Asian clientele. I will look forward to returning to see the resultant upgrades.
