Room was clean and modern. Helpful and polite staff. Like the fact that the hotel is located near some business complex, less crowded yet less than 8 minutes walk to the station. Will definitely come back on my next trip.

It doesn’t have LAN access. TV is neither Android nor Smart. Limited choice of amenities. There’s no microwave and ice machine in public area.

It was easy to go back to my room when I forgot my phone and AirPods

The room was as expected very clean . Maybe because we booked a few nights and it's more of a business hotel, than a tourist hotel, we had a huge room with large wind which had great views. Staff new good English and it's ideal if you are travelling by train because it's in the station, which has plenty of restaurants and all the facilities you expect from

Pleasant staff, very efficient. Room was clean, central location, close to large strip mall and train station. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

The service was amazing. The food at the hotel was amazing, especially the dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a private onsen in our room which was really a bonus. The public onsens were also very clean and well maintained. The 8F one had great views. The rooms were very spacious. Amenities were great. We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely come back
