Staff was good, however my room toilet had smoke smell which was not nice. Other than that great central location to catch bus to airport.

This placed exceeded our expectations! The staff were amazing and kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet and comfortable. The location was top notch. Nothing to complain about at all!!!!! The washer/dryer combo was a life saver and just couldn’t be happier!!

We are a family of 4 and recently stayed in the Grand Japanese room and it was great. Had plenty of space which is rare in Japan. Was also close within a few minutes walking to the train station as well as restaurants. Had a Lawson downstairs and two other supermarkets across the road. In a quiet neighbourhood also. I would highly recommend.

Great place in the heart of Asakusa. Room was spotless and very well appointed. Plenty of space as well. Staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Good stay for 3 people (1 couple and a friend) - good location and had all amenities we required. Very useful to have basic cooking capabilities and a washing machine in the room. When there were any issues, staff were responsive and promptly addressed them.

We got an upgrade to a larger room. It was so spacious for our 4 family. Breakfast was the best.

Hotel facilities and staff were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to help make special arrangements prior to my arrival for a surprise engagement. The spectacular view combined with the comfort of our room made it difficult to leave and explore Tokyo.
