It took longer than 2 hours to check in as there was only two clerks, and the self check-in kiosk was not working. I had a room listed as "strip view" and because of the Hard Rock casino going up, we were unable to see any of the strip. Disappointing!!

Very nice & clean rooms And big too S with sitting area coffee table and even high chair & table in room They could have kept coffee machine in room. Overall nice stay.

The LINQ property is nicely maintained, my room was large and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There are good in-resort dining options and lots of other fun choices in the nearby LINQ Promenade behind the main building. Reasonable walking distance from Sphere. My frustration was with both check-in and check-out. I requested and paid for early check-in after arrival and the app stated that I would an email when my room was ready. I never got such an email. I ended up checking in at the regular time, and then the next day on my invoice found I had still been charged for early check-in. The front desk staff agreed to "comp" the charge, but acted like they were doing me a big favor when in reality I never got a service I paid for. The vague explanation was that as soon as I had completed Express check-in, I should have known to go to the desk to ask about my room. Then why do express check-in online? And if that's the process, just let the guest know up front. Later, when I clicked the Express check-out button, because the app stated I could schedule my check-out, I was checked out automatically and had to call the front desk to correct this as well. The front desk staff commented, "It happens to everyone!" Then maybe it's time to revisit that feature of the app to make it more user-friendly. I suppose I would stay here again to be close to Sphere, but I wouldn't even bother trying to check in or check out until the precise times of regular check-in and actual check-out.

My family always comes to this hotel every time we stay here because it's the most cleanest prettiest and most well taken care of hotel and our point of view.And it's at a great price
