Breakfast was very good and with a nice view. Cleanliness was good and the hotel is well located. However, communication with the front desk was awful. I was in the city and needed to speak to them by phone, but it was impossible. Also, there is only one set of elevators, which makes you walk extremely long distances to find your room.

The room was clean and comfortable the water pressure for our shower was amazing! Beach is right across the street. We did not have an Ocean view but we didn’t go to spend time in our room so it didn’t matter. A little disappointing that when we wanted to unwind and have drinks on the roof the drinks had to come from the 1st floor so it took forever. But I would recommend staying there!

The staff was very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is also centrally located in Copacabana, which makes it convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, the property itself feels old and poorly maintained. There is a noticeable lack of upkeep throughout the hotel, with peeling paint, loose furniture pieces, and even exposed cables coming out of the ceiling in the buffet area. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Most of the food did not taste good, the eggs were cold and overcooked, and I even found hairs in my fruit, which was quite unpleasant.

Amazing location! Hotel is super nice and clean! I enjoyed my ocean view from the room a lot, as well as rooftop restaurant! Food is delicious at the restaurant, so are the drinks! Definitely recommended!
