The location is convenient with easy access to Kings Way and St Kilda Road (access to tram stop).
Staff is friendly and informative. We requested additional towel and the room service staff was quick to bring it to our hotel room.
We booked a room with free parking and breakfast included. Parking was secured and covered with key access. There's also off street parking which is free on weekend. Breakfast was considered a good & standard Continental breakfast, top up regularly.
The room itself is spacious but it lacks cleanliness. There was plastic leftover on the carpet (looks like not yet vacuumed) and dust on the table. Luckily bed and bathroom are clean.
