Really clean and updated room...good value for my last minute booking and they offered an outstanding food and beverage credit for our stay (certainly an unexpected perk!). Just gotta be on your toes to avoid getting cornered for a timeshare presentation, they had several people by the elevators trying to get us roped in.

The ambience and the vibes were luxury. Although the hotel was very clean, there was dust on the vents of the AC vent above the tub as well as yellow water stains on the ceiling above the tub. I did not expect that considering how clean everything else in the hotel is it’s a brand new hotel.. my experience with all of the workers were positive

My partner and I had booked a three-night stay at Resorts World Las Vegas and discovered a bed bug on one of our pillows while we were lying in bed. We were extremely disturbed by this experience and immediately escalated the issue to hotel management as well as the Southern Nevada Health District. Due to this incident, we will not be staying at this property again in the future.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was very nice, but noisy at night when trying to sleep. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were good. The lounging area was very nice and very comfortable. Other than the noise when we were trying to sleep, our stay was fun and relaxing.
