"The Lochside Cabin was a unique room type that we really enjoyed. Amazing views to the harbor were the highlight. Very clean and comfortable too. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also excellent. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Ullapool."

The only feedback I have is the shower over the bath could be difficult for an older person to safely get in and out of and check in times are not always convenient for weary travellers..when we arrived at 3.40pm after travelling from Northumberland and absolutely needing the bathroom, the hosts made us wait 20 minutes before opening the door."

Dinning room was poorly organized.Staff always on the back foot having to ask for things that should have been on table Dinner for 2 people was 2.5 hours Staff rarely present in dining room to speak to.
Breakfast had to ask for toast 3 times and was an age to take our order from menu .

"This facility was a very pleasant surprise. Big beautiful room, nice harbor room, clean and comfortable. Too bad we only stayed one night. First time guests might be surprised to find no staff on site when checking in. We passed by the entrance at first look because of its innocuous door and recessed signage.
