Hotel is a bit tired, breakfast wasn’t great (suggest going external or the cafe in the lobby), and the bathroom was lacking hooks for towels and electric outlet but the location was excellent. Just around the corner from a day trip pick up stop and lots of great restaurants and shopping. Taxi to/from the airport was about 10 mins. Helen at the front desk was a gem and very helpful.

The room was fine, but the AC would not cool down the room below 24°C.
Also use of the pool was free, but you still had to rent a towel and swimming cap to use it. It was not expensive, though.

Our stay in Jeju was pleasant. The room was nice and suited a short stay really well, and the location couldn’t have been better. The only downsides were the pool being closed for off‑season and the buffet meals being on the expensive side — you can easily enjoy better food for less just outside the hotel. Still, we enjoyed our time there.

The staff were great, property was clean but the rest of the stay was not great. Transport form location was a problem. Could not use restaurant facility on last day as there was a problem. We received vouchers which we could not redeem. Asked to spend on items of no use to us.
