This hotel is wonderful. Amazing customer service and extra details everywhere. The hot tub area outside is the perfect oasis, even on a cold rainy day! The beautiful tub with city views amazing.

Top place to stay in Vancouver. Beautiful property and amazing staff. Valet staff are amazing and always quick to a friendly greeting when you walk in. Ensured my luggage made it from my vehicle to my room and vice versa when I left. Thanks again for another great stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver.

Nice hotel but shouldn’t be rated as a 5-star. Don’t be fooled by that designation. The service and amenities were good but not above and beyond like you would expect at a 5-star. However, it was very nice and comfy and the price was right…so if you wonder why you can get a luxury 5-star hotel at this rate, it’s because it’s really just on the cusp of that rating.

The room was absolutely beautiful and had everything that we could ever want. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the hotel made it very special with cake in our room and at the Reflections Lounge where we had a lovely cocktail before and then much later after dinner. Such a perfect evening

The facility is new and beautiful but the service was bad, the shower water stayed in the bath tub we valled 3 times n no one showed up to fix! The location is great but to us this was not a 5 star at all
