Absolutely unacceptable hotel experience. This hotel was an absolute nightmare to stay at. Got so itchy when lying on the bed, and it took until 3 a.m. for the hotel to finally move me to another room. And it didn’t end there. In the new room, I found another bug/insect on the towel. At that point, I was honestly exhausted and didn’t even have the energy to keep arguing with the hotel. What makes this even more unacceptable is that the hotel offered me absolutely no compensation for what happened. All I received was a few apologies from the staff. But what does an apology actually mean when the hotel takes no responsibility and doesn’t compensate the guest for the inconvenience and distress caused? Is this really how you treat your guests? A few verbal apologies do not make up for such a terrible experience. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Good location

The front desk were not friendly and did not offer much. No greeting and no smiles. The housekeeping staff was more friendly and said good morning. The housekeeping works fast and efficient.

All employees are very helpful and pleasant specially Kevin and Jin chief concierge they have gone out of their way to help us. They made our stay very worthwhile.
