Great place staff was nice, rooms clean and great views. Only negative is if you have large suv and get a large vehicle pass smaller cars still park in the spot and they don’t enforce them to move so have to either pay for parking close by or park in the 15 min wait parking

Everything was clean and the staff was extremely nice and very polite. The gym was good the pool was nice. Only complaint would be the parking. But it’s Austin so you have to expect to pay premium for parking. Overall I would stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel and central location for us. Staff was nice. However, there was a lot of construction and painting going on and unfinished things in the hotel.. no hot tub. Also to get an uber was kind of annoying because they couldn’t stop on the busy road. I loved the room though! Beautiful. I wish we had good weather because I would’ve been in the pool the whole time!

Customer Service was exceptional!!

The staff was not the friendliest or welcoming at front desk, there was some Maintenance or other thing being done so the entire breakfast, table & chair area was closed off. We did not eat breakfast on site either day. There was only 2 bags of hot tea, both earl gray , and staff said they had no more tea on the premises. Our room smelled musty and damp and I had to use our body spray to make it pleasant. For the price of stay for 2 nights I expected better.
