We got a free upgrade and the room was beautiful. Hotel provides coffe, tea, biscuts, complimentary still and sparkling water and toiletries! So impressed! Bed is really comfortable. Didnt use the apa facilities, but good to know that even after check out at 11am you can still use the spa till ...

Room was okay. Temperature control was ineffective in that it didn’t matter what temperature is was put too it just billowed out cold air, even when set to 26 degrees.
