第一天晚上用浴缸的時候發現漏水了，整個地下都是濕的，而且沒有熱水供應。我們馬上聯絡了酒店職員，她的反應也很快，馬上安排換房，也升等了。房間設施比較舊，但也住得很舒適，只是燈光比較暗沉點。職員都很友善，自助早餐選擇不算多，但蠻好吃的，其中一天我們去了Beach Club吃早餐，感覺很Relax。晚餐也是在beach club享用，不錯！如果有時間，請務必一定要去酒店的Spa!!!超級推薦，做完有全身放鬆的感覺！

I really wanted to love Ayana Resort Bali but overall it was not a good experience. What disappointed me most was how stressful and restrictive everything felt. Sunbeds were extremely limited — multiple pools were already full, and we had to physically queue and stay there just to wait for one. You can’t even leave and come back when it’s ready, which honestly took away any sense of ease. Food was another struggle. There seem to be many dining options, but a lot of them only open for dinner. One afternoon we just wanted a simple poolside lunch, but nearby restaurants were “fully booked” — even though there were clearly empty tables that weren’t being used. We were told everything had to be booked through the app. I understand convenience, but having to pre-plan every meal kind of defeats the whole idea of a resort holiday. It got even more frustrating when we were told we couldn’t order food at the pool unless we had a sunbed — which, again, was already hard to get. Eventually we managed to get one after going back and forth, and finally started to relax a bit. Then the bill was brought to us without us even asking. And we were told that we cannot charge the bill to the room and had to pay by card immediately. What kind of resort is this?
