We got the grand pool villa and it was the best decision! This resort is absolutely breathtaking. We were speechless upon arrival. The staff was so amazing and accommodating, it made our stay so much more enjoyable and seamless. The room was so clean and the free snacks and drinks in mini fridge was awesome. We felt so taken care of and we would definitely recommend coming here! We also got engaged here our first night and they somehow found out and made it so memorable by decorating our room!

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

Friendly staff, clean room, and pool.

Our stay was comfortable and convenient. Staff was nice and they allowed us to check in early which was great. But please note there is a long walk through the city in order to reach the beach. This is not a beachfront resort at all.
