Staff can all speak English and friendly. Check in and out was easy and quick. We had a car and the hotel staff Mr. Noyen had help us all the way to the car park. Parking can be a bit tricky because you need to leave the car to a staff to store it in B3. It is convenient when you drive. The room was nice and not too small, bathroom was big compared to other hotel. The Tokyo tower view was absolutely amazing. We will come back again.

"Being a member of the hotel group, I’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years during my visit in Shinjuku area. Cost me more than 90,000 yen for 2 nights and being allocated to a single room on 3/F. The only view from my room was the external concrete wall of a building in front. When ..."
