Central Tokyo Kid friendly Holidays

A hotel that offers great value. Near Iidabashi Station, excellent service, clean room. Facilities are befitting of a 4-star hotel. Will stay here again when I return to Tokyo.

We were so spoiled as guests and consequently had very high expectations for the following stays during our trip (that those fell short). Very friendly and helpfull staff. Spacious room. Not very centrally located, but there were some cafes/ restaurants and convenient stores on walking distance. We arrived very early in the morning and had to pay for an extra night in order to get the room before check in time (price was higher than when booked thru Expedia)

Very nice hotel in an affluent district of Tokyo. Hotel is extremely clean and staff are super helpful. Taxis waiting outside 24/7 to take you anywhere you need, but if you want to take the train the nearest JR and metro stations are about a 10 minute walk. Connected to the hotel is also a large shopping center with shops & restaurants as well. We went to the top floor dinner buffet one night and it was very nice as well. My only complaint is that our room smelled a little funny but overall a super solid hotel.

One of the best hotels in the world.

We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo. What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The level of customer service was among the best we have experienced. The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed for the entire week of our stay, which was a little disappointing, especially given the warm weather. However, this did not detract too much from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A big thank you to all the staff for making our visit to Tokyo so memorable.
