Loved having Illy coffee, rooms were designed so well. Only criticism is not having USB connections near the bed. Amazing hotel and when we return we will definitely stay here.

Hardware (villa itself, lobby etc) was very nice and still very new. It was very pleasant to be staying in the villa. Suggest to change hair dryer to Dyson please. Service - Could be improved. Hardly the standard you'd expect from Raffles and at this price point. Butler - Nice young guy but attitude unfort, was gen Z. I had a t-shirt to do laundry on, asked him for the laundry rate, and he told me to check the paper in the laundry bag... Villa snacks - Complimentary daily refill never happened until i requested for it. Housekeeping/ Security - Poor. Asked housekeeping to make up the villa when i went out to lunch. Came back to a big shock. Housekeeping had finished making up the villa but left the main door wide open. Anyone could have entered the villa and stolen our things! Very bad. Buggy Service - only 2 buggy drivers were on duty on a busy saturday, one guy's attitude was not good, think overworked... please hire more staff.. Lobby Doorman - Excellent attitude, pleasant gentlemen Breakfast not included in our booking. At this price point, perhaps hotel can consider including breakfast for 2 pax into the bookings.

Beautiful rooms and views of the bay, amenities in the room were wonderful (loved being able to open curtains from bed), excellent morning buffet, central location, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay went well.

Room is not being cleaned, roaches walking on the floor. Room is a prison cell without windows and a toilet that has a shower above it in case you like to take a shower while going to the toilet. Absoluut worst place have been in my life! And this is Singapore for god sake, unbelievable that this place exists

Not recommended here for family.
