I like this hotel. But about housekeeping: for 4 days never was room vacuum. They change towels, make a bed and nothing more. And yesterday, December 14, housekeeping forgot about our room at all. My husband called and was promised room will be clean, but when we back at room around 9pm. Nothing was done. We call again and ask bring us a towels ! But another staff was very nice. . Thank you
