Beautiful hotel with top notch service.

I liked the room and hotel, looked nice clean. Didn't like, towels were rationed a bit too much and access to the pool. The staff wasn't very helpful to accommodate seating.

The stay was ok. Pretty average. The sheets and comforter on top were clean, but under those sheets were dirty. The shower for the bathroom also had no cover or sliding door so the floor would get soaking wet. Great staff though.

Very nice staff. When I went to the front desk to discuss my reservation, she quickly fixed the issue and made the experience very pleasant.

Alice and the staff in the Gold Experience were beyond helpful. Loved the room, balcony and service overall.

Great spot in an upmarket suburb of Rome. Quieter than central with a lovely pool to cool down and a very nice spa facility. Breakfast could be improved with more options. Overall very nice.

I like the industrial style and the art installations. Shower had good water pressure. Mattress was maybe a little too soft for my tastes.

Beautiful property with excellent service. Comfortable, sweetly furnished rooms and easy access to SM. Appreciated the house car for dining access close by. Will stay again!

Decent hotel. Staff were pleasant/friendly. It was close enough to walk to several places in Downtown LA, so that was a big plus. My teen LOVED the Fitness center, has a lot of great equipment. The ping pong table, pool, and basketball court were great too. The grounds were kept clean. They also have most essentials in the kitchen. Opportunities for improvement: Service requests: 1. It almost 3 days to fix an issue with the TV. Shout out to JJ (with maintenance), who took the necessary steps to resolve the issue for us. He was the 3rd person to attempt to resolve it. The first two said they would return, but they didn't.. Sadly, that experience left a sour taste in our mouths. 2. There were old trail mix crumbs (cashews & cranberries) near the window, quite noticeable stains on the curtains in one of the bedrooms. 3. The room smelled like cigarettes. They are supposed to be non-smoking rooms, but maybe they weren't before, and the smell just doesn't go away. Every time we would leave and come back, we would remark that the rooms smelled like cigarettes. I washed almost all the clothes I didn't wear (except the ones that stayed at bottom of my luggage) because they smelled like cigarettes. 4. Hallways had a weird smell. 5. They could add some kind of handle to the inside of the telescoping doors to make it easier to open. I do want to mention that they kept their word and honored a rate that was shown online, though it was an old price.
