We loved our time at this hotel. The location was in a great location by the train stations and mall that had a market. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here and coming back.

Beautiful property and rooms. Literally a block from the train station too. We loved our stay. They also had the best fabric spray for our clothes. I wish I could have bought a bottle.

Very well appointed hotel in the middle of Namba. The access to shopping, dining, and transportation is incredible. Keep in mind Namba is a very busy and very touristy area and it can get a tad overwhelming at times.
The staff in the hotel was great, everything was taken care of promptly.
The only caveat is, this hotel won an industry award in 2013 and it shows. It feels a tad dated at times and is probably overdue for a little refresher without taking away from its original character.
The one real gripe was that the rooftop bar/restaurant needs an overhaul. The music is old, the menu a bit staid, and the service felt very discombobulated and slow.
Overall though this is a great hotel in a fantastic area and would definitely recommend it

Room is clean, staff are friendly! The shuttle bus to Osaka station is convenient, but if you take airport bus and try to transit onto hotel bus, it is not easy to find it! The breakfast price is little over price!

Large clean rooms. Comfortable beds and nice views. The area is rather busy and this is a large hotel complex with no map. On check-in had to fill out personal information form even though all information was already provided.
