This was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The complimentary shuttle from Kyoto station is great. The staff are superior, we felt very welcome and relaxed here. The rooms are spacious and clean. The amenities are great: gym, pool etc. we took a taxi on days we went sightseeing and it was inexpensive depending where you go. There is a small family mart in the basement of the hotel (limited selection). The hotel food is expensive so keep that in mind when you are planning thinking about food. Otherwise amazing hotel with top notch service.

The hotel was simply spectacular. The room was spacious with a fantastic view. If staying around Namba station is what’s you’re looking for then this is a great option.
The swimming pool looks a bit dated and needs a bit of renovation to bring it up to par with the rest of the wonderful building but is more than adequate.
All in all I would definitely stay again.
