Everything was clean and staff was helpful. Only negative i would say if there is one is that the AC did not have an automatic function. You had to manually turn on or off if you got hot ot too cold in the room

Room was clean. I bit small but its new york city so that is expected. Great location though!! close to everything and the staff was super nice. It also was super safe despite it being in such a buzzing part of the city
