Great service and kind staff. Spacious and good view room. First the staff gave us a smelly repairment room, but then they change another room to us quickly after we call. They are helpful.

職員十分友善，房間小廚房位置較小。其他的都十分滿意

員工服務周到，但酒店的冷氣不能自動調校，空氣不流通，房間侷促，很熱，要求職員解決，但因冷氣系統太舊未能改善，只能安排風扇。 酒店大，房間也算寬敞，但比較舊。另在地庫停車場泊車後，上落不太方便。 整體各方面一般。

ホテルと空港の直通の交通便が少ない点を除けば、 ホテルの規模、客室の清潔度、設備、窓外の景観、スタッフのサービス、要望への対応、トラブル発生時の迅速な危機対応力まで、日本のホテルならではの丁寧さと高いサービス水準が感じられました。 総合的に見て、今回の宿泊は大変満足しています。

酒店位置很好，对面就是药妆店和电器城，马路对面就是商场，各种吃的玩的应有尽有、也算是难波的大站，出行去奈良、机场和环球都很方便

酒店交通方便，房間空間大，近環球影城，自助早餐不錯。

非常舒適乾淨，房間裝修和窗外景色都很滿意，空間亦很大很舒適，附近亦有美麗河景、Cafe、小店餐廳。老闆很友善，回覆速度很好。 建議可增設洗衣機。 再去京都也會再預約，絕對會推薦給朋友。
