Beautiful property, friendly staff, and very close to public transportation.

Ohla Barcelona was an ideal location for our trip as many places were accessible on foot by a short cab ride. The hotel was very clean, the front lobby, hotel service and dining room staff were helpful, accommodating, pleasant to deal with and very responsive. We found the breakfast offerings had various options that suited our needs. The room was adequate but the bed was a little too hard for our liking (which by the way is our only suggested improvement). The rooftop, during the daytime, was an excellent option for relaxing and downtime. It seems that the rooftop service staff may wish for you to make drink or food purchases - if this is the case, just be upfront with them if you want to decline their service. Overall, highly recommended for location, convenience, service and experience. It may be a little pricier, but we found value in this choice. This hotel is truly extraordinary!!! Exquisite!! We’ve traveled all over the world and have stayed in many Five Star hotels but this was and away the best!! Truly a gem!

One of the best experiences we've had in Madrid. The staff was very nice (particularly Yana, who went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable). Nice size rooms if you get a 1 bedroom, with plenty of space and amenities. Food was excellent at the Red Level lounge. Would definitely go back again.
