Not a clean room I asked for a wheelchair Accessible shower chair before I got to the hotel. It wasn’t provided for me at night. You could not get into the hotel. The revolving doors would not open and a person had to physically open the door from the inside to let people out from the outside in very small elevators, extremely noisy, extremely dirty rooms

Escogimos el RIU para celebrar nuestro aniversario. Llegamos un poco antes de lo que esperábamos pero para nuestra sorpresa, ya tenían nuestra habitación lista. Recibimos un detalle como parte de la celebración de aniversario y recibimos una atención espectacular durante nuestra estadía. Super agradecidos.

Fantastic holiday close to times square. Excellent breakfast

Everything was fine, the Breakfast was great.

Good location and very friendly staff, but unfortunately that’s about where the positives end. The hotel is extremely outdated, with stained carpet and furniture, an old bathroom, a tub that didn’t drain properly, strange smells throughout, and sketchy elevators. We actually looked into options to leave shortly after getting into our room, even though it was late at night. The staff were nice and did waive an unexpected additional resort fee after we questioned it, but we felt very misled by the listing and photos. It seems the property may be going through a transition/potential purchase, so hopefully improvements are coming. At the end of the day, if you simply need a place to rest your head in a good location, this will do. But for anything beyond that, I would look elsewhere. We would not stay here again.

I appreciate that you are mid town but the rooms are dark and small. The resort fee is totally unjustified. Being advised there are oranges and papers available does not warrant this. All HOTEL should end this practice. I would not recommend this place on this fee. For the price definitely not worth it.
