The staff has lodged me in a wrong room and I had to start over the reservation. Not good.
Also, the breakfast room was so crowded that I had the feeling I was in the US Navy facility with so many people around.
Overall the stay was good.

Every single employee here was amazing!
Starting with the handyman, who was very nice and helpful, to the girls taking care of the breakfast, which was amazing by the way and the great housekeepers. And Terry, you were so chatty and friendly!!
Location was perfect, 13 minute walk to the Vatican. TONS of restaurants and pharmacies around. My room had a balcony, so relaxing every evening after a long day was definitely a plus. Thank you again and if I’m ever back in Italy, I will definitely come back!
