One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The buffet offered both Chinese and Western-style dishes, all fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. I would also like to give special recognition to Molly Chen, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She is warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Her hospitality made me feel truly welcome and at home. Molly's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations and made my experience even more memorable.

The location of the hotel was hard to find. It’s kind of tucked behind another building so you wouldn’t think to look there. The entrance isn’t facing a street either so it looks like a regular building.

loved this hotel, honestly my favorite stay during my whole time in china. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, from the front desk, to the ladies making the breakfast. Also they have such a great facility with common areas that are always kept very clean.

Room is clean and staff is very helpful. There are Chinese soy milk breakfast around the corner. This hotel is in a nice and quiet neighborhood

Generally I stay here once per year. Overall I love the location and that’s the main reason I come back… very walkable to Nanjing Rd - Suzhou river - people square station. Nice rooms - cooking appliances. Only issue I had on this particular trip was the wifi… never seemed to work that well as it had previously.. it’s one network across the hotel rather than individually for rooms.

Arrived at the residence and was greeted by one of the staff who showed us to the apartment and how things worked, including the security and aircon. Very helpful and also gave us some insight into China, which helped us a lot. The property is well maintained and very safe. It is very conveniently located for public transportation and shopping. DiDi drivers had no problem finding our place and the security staff were always very cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommend this residence for a stay in China and it was particularly great to “live in the local neighbourhood” rather than in a tourist trap hotel. The people here are so friendly and welcoming. We will be back
