It was a good apartment, bathroom was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. we were put in the attic loft - window was on the ceiling & blinds wouldn’t close (good thing we had a very early flight so wasn’t an issue), no service OR WIFI in the room , the ceilings are all low so easily could hit your head if weren’t paying attention, the toilet had a flushing problem at one point and when we told the front desk they said they don’t have a plumber and to ‘try filling it with water’. Not a bad or great experience but could be better

Great location for getting to sought-after sites. Basically, midway between the Vatican and Colosseum (20 mins to each). As the hotel is a block away from a taxi stand, the staff can get you in a cab in 5 mins. Speaking of staff, they were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive, be it the front desk, rooftop bar restaurant, or room. The room architecture was fantastic; brought elements of the Roman days into the experience. The bathroom stone work was fantastic, leaving me wanting to upgrade my own house bathroom! Breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of food, sure to please everyone. Just had to figure out the daily 15 euro charge I found on my bill; seem to think that it was the morning coffee/tea that we ordered at breakfast each day? Would stay there again in the future. Note, just a few blocks away is the Pantheon with a ton of restaurants and shops, which we discovered while there

Beautiful hotel with very clean, lovely, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was very nice, the staff were super friendly and the property is immaculate. Also, the location couldn’t be better! Great find!

Clean, big single room with 2 closet and space for the luggages. You can see the property when you get out from the Roma Termini

The hotel and staff were excellent. We wanted to be close to the train station which was convenient, but there was a lot of shouting on the street all night that kept us awake.

Excellent Rome boutique small hotel just a few minutes off the main roads coming out of Piazza di Popillo. Great location, quiet neighborhood and excellent restaurants very close by as well as shopping. Easy walk to Spanish steps from this location.
