Pretty busy hotel - long queue during check-in. But was attended to within 20 mins. Great location - walking distance to the huge shopping mall. TTDI eateries are just one subway stop away. I would do it all over again.

Our room on the 29th floor had a view of the Petronas towers. The room was clean and we had two bedrooms. However, the bed in the second room was like a wheel in bed. Everytime I moved, it made a noise. I did not sleep well at all that night. Facilities are clean. Be mindful that you are in Malaysia and they like to use their bidets with extra splash so most public toilets are wet, even within the facility. Location to Petronas towers was good an easy 10 minute walk. We ate at the restaraunt onsite twice. The second time was not so good. Do not order their club sandwich. It was soggy, not toasted and had anything bareley on it. We also had a hamburger which was ok, order it medium at least. We had medium rare and it was virtually raw. Pools were nice, expecially on the top level, very pretty view from there. Price was good for 4 people, although I think I would upgrade to a nicer hotel if I ever did it again.

I had been wanting to stay at this hotel for quite some time, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. It’s a unique, retro, and stylish boutique hotel with so much character. The surrounding area is full of wonderful restaurants, so I really enjoyed both dinner and lunch during my stay. It was the perfect spot for a solo weekend getaway—cozy, charming, and very satisfying. The staff were especially kind and attentive. During breakfast, they checked on me several times and provided such thoughtful service, which made the experience even more special. I will definitely be coming back again!

Great location and value for money. Staff was super friendly and professional. I’ve stayed here multiple times now. The room we stayed in was nice size at 60+ square and the extra space came in handy with two children. We also requested a bassinet which they brought up immediately. Breakfast was decent with a combination of Asian and western cuisine. The room could have been cleaned a little more thorough but aside from that we had no issues. I would stay here again for sure.

The room is very spacious and fashionably decorated. The view is also unbeatable from its height. Since the hotel is quite new, the shopping mall next to the hotel is still under construction. Their lounge is located on the 75th floor where you can enjoy a drink with unobstructed view.

Great view of the Malacca Strait, Masjid Selat Melaka and the surrounding areas. WiFi connection could have been better - no connection at all. Very limited TV channels.

Superb, central location. Good sized rooms with great view of river, but the rooms are showing obvious signs of age. Sound proofing practically non existent. With some simple renovation this would make a fantastic hotel.
