Second time staying there. Always get your moneys worth. Only complaint is long wait at the elevators, but that is not isolated to this resort. Overall, excellent stay. Food choices are good

For the first time in several of our visits here the shower pressure was actually pretty decent

The pre-check-in text made arrival smooth and efficient, and self-parking was simple and free. Great location, better than being on the Strip, if you have a car. The rooms are modern, attractive, and spacious, with useful dressing areas. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were the best I have ever used. The lighting controls took a moment to figure out, but they worked well. Virgin has clearly reimagined the hotel room experience, and the room felt like home. The pool was wonderful and spacious, which made the stay feel especially memorable. One drawback was the lack of a refrigerator, which was inconvenient. We would gladly stay here again.

Overall not bad. I was there 2 nights and had to get keycard updates in 3 occasions which was extremely frustrating.

Room is modern and spacious, nestled right above Times Square and minutes away from Rockefeller Plaza. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in midtown NY especially, but nearby subway access makes all of NY accessible given that it’s also feet away from the hotel.

Room was fabulous. Suite was perfect for our three person party. Everything was clean, fridge available, shower and tub separate, comfortable couch. It's a big property so you have to be prepared to walk. Staff was extremely helpful. Lots of restaurants and bars on-site but everything is a bit pricey. We had access to three pools and the reach had their own vibe.

Resort was nice and the room was beautiful, staff was great! But check to see if there are other activities or meetings going on before you go. There was a large event going on and while we were there the pool was closed most afternoons, many of the bars and restaurants were booked for private events. They give you "coupons" to use when you arrive but we were unable to use ours since the establishments were not open to the public for most of our stay. Also, check your bill closely, we were overcharged on the honor bar. It was only $20 so on check out day I did not want to go through the hassle of fighting it (and I have should have checked it closer at time of checkout!). Just check your bill closely before finalizing.

Super comfy beds and a large room! Lots of dining options. I highly recommend the Conrad and cannot wait to come back!

Absolutely loved my suite. Very clean and the amenities were very useful. Felt like a home away from home.
