My daughters and I spent our final 2 nights in London at The Pelham. It was the perfect cap to the trip. The location was excellent, the kindest staff, the beds were very comfy, and the small touches like the beautiful floral mugs and the pink slippers. The restaurant was delicious as well, we enjoyed an Italian supper, and filling breakfasts. We can’t wait to visit again.

Fabulous time and lovely staff just disappointed the swimming pool was freezing the first day and not being able to use the sauna and steam as that’s why we booked it. Had fun though thank you

Staff were polite friendly and professional. I was disappointed there were no bathrobes. For a five star hotel also disappointed that they use those small cartons of milk, I would have expected a bottle or carton in the fridge. Drinks expensive.
