This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in all of Asia! Staff is outstanding and rooms are modern and spacious. The food is also very good. Spend a few extra dollars for an executive room, the lounge you get access to is well worth the price difference.

As a 5-star hotel, the breakfast is terrible. Basic items like cheese were missing for two days, and on one day, they only offered one kind. There’s no variety in bread, and the coffee is bad. The restaurant has an unpleasant smell that sticks to your clothes — really disappointing!

Prompt and exceptional service, excellent amenities, luxurious standard rooms, incredible value. Two grocery stores located within the same building with wide selection of wares. Countless F&B options walking distance from the hotel and nice neighbourhood overall.

I have stayed at Elegant Suites for many years now and if anything it continues to improve. The facilities including restaurant, gym, swimming pool and spa are uniformly excellent. The gardens are beautiful and Jenny and all of the staff cannot do enough to assist with any query or request. Obviously there is a lot of construction work presently underway in the local area but Elegant Suites is an Oasis from all all of that and once inside the complex you would hardly know. I would not stay anywhere else in Hanoi and unreservedly recommend. James Collins
