Dec booking - Room was clean. Smaller than expected and comfortable enough for two people. Complementary espresso pods and tea sachets. AC not working: error message showing up or automatically going to heater. Receptionist tried her best to help. AC was still not working.
Breakfast was delicious and had great variety of options. Location is perfect : close to Ponte Luiz, restaurants, metro station, stores, Christmas market, river. Highly recommend (ensure AC unit functions).

Great location with local restaurants and river views. A 15 min downhill walk from metro station but we only used the metro for the airport and everything else very walkable. Staff helpful and breakfast plentiful.

Wonderful hotel. Very helpful staff- they helped arrange a Duoro valley tour on Jan 1st, when our other tour guide cancelled at the last minute. The room was spacious, with nice bathrooms. The best part was the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Plus it was in the heart of the city, so we walked to all the local destinations. Highly recommend.
