The front door is broken so you have to use the side door. The staff is very hard to get ahold of at night time as well. I was not a fan of the soap, body wash, shower gel situation. they have bulk bottles screwed to the wall that all customers use. (I personally prefer the individual soap items) ...

Air conditioner wasn't working so the room was warm. When we called the front desk we were told to open the window and call back in the morning. Needless to say it was not a comfortable nights sleep. The beds leave a lot to be desired.
