The property itself is ok. The hallways are hot and no AC and the lobby’s have a pungent odor. The gym isn’t really a gym.
The room itself was good. But the service and communication with staff was poor. I asked for towels and toiletry’s many times and never got a response from anyone or any help. I ended up staying at a different hotel as a result. I likely won’t stay here again due to poor communication from staff.

Closest you can get to NAIA Terminal 3. Even then, you still have to walk an awkward, uncovered block without sidewalks to the sky bridge despite being right next to it. Rooms are tiny, impersonal, and starting to look worn. The fitness center is a hot shoebox filled with people on their phones blocking equipment.
