Staff was kind and helpful.

Tower room was awesome. Clean. Big. Everything anyone could possibly need. Front desk staff was SO helpful and friendly. So convenient for walking around town. Felt safe at night. Convenient to Scotiabank arena and walking to waterfront.

Lots of little details were considered.

This hotel is well located but very dated in terms of decor and facilities, particularly when taking into account it's price point. The kitchette advertised as being in it was a microwave but there were no plates or cutlery/silverware so you wouldn't be able to eat your food! The furniture was at bit worn out and housekeeping needed improving (for example dust on the widow ledges, not collecting rubbish left outside the door) and it just felt a bit old. It was serviceable but over priced.

James is the best! Super professional and kind. All of the staff are lovely. We always love our rooms. Nice and clean!

From the moment we arrived at the entrance, we were made to feel welcome. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. As we were celebrating our anniversary, a bottle of champagne was sent to our room—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that we truly did not want to leave. Thank you for an amazing stay and for making our anniversary celebration so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.
